RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
SHIPPING INFORMATION – INDIA
The orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses, rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver. Orders requiring any customization will require additional time and will be shipped in 10 working days.
For shipments delivered outside DELHI, the customer’s state may charge an OCTORI Duty on the top of the price of the item. These charges are beyond our control and can’t be reimbursed.
Domestic customers are responsible for any OCTORI Duty charged by your state government. We are unable to predict which shipments will be assessed these fees or the amount of the fee that may be charged. In cases of refusal, either the cost of the goods or return service costs will be assessed.
DELIVERY METHOD
Orders shipped are delivered within 7-10 business days. In rare cases, a slight delay might be caused due to any govt. interventions or natural causes, etc.
SHIPPING INFORMATION - INTERNATIONAL
Shipping charges and transit time will vary, depending on the location. All international packages are shipped via DHL / Aramex. All transit times are Monday to Saturday. International delivery cannot be guaranteed within a time frame due to customs.

Please Note: VAT, GST, duties and taxes will be applicable as per your country’s regulations and are to be borne by the customer. These charges will be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery.
Shipping Charges are based on shipping destination and weight of your parcel. Shipping companies determine shipping charges based on the package weight, customs clearance and various other factors. We are unable to advise the duty amount.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by natural calamities and unavoidable circumstances.

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

All orders require a signature and proof of ID upon receipt of order.

Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.

We make our best efforts to deliver each item in your order within 7 working days of your placing the order, inclusive of processing time. However, in some cases, we may take longer, to ship the order as we may have to produce/procure it.

While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.

To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We are happy to answer any questions related to ITRANA products but are unable to process any returns, exchanges or refunds for any product purchased outside of THEITRANA.COM
Returns & Exchanges will ONLY be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product. In case your order is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product you may return them in exactly the way in which they were received (unworn, with original packaging and the barcode tag must not be tampered with).
To return or exchange a product or report damage in transit please get in touch with us via email on contactitrana@gmail.com within 24 hours after the product delivery.
If the product is returned as is (unworn, with original packaging and the barcode tag), a complete refund will be provided within 7 working days.
In case of order cancellation please get in touch with us via email on contactitrana@gmail.com within 24 hours after the order is placed.
We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified about first.
All products are handmade and use natural stones so there may be some variation from the photographs on our website. The approval of return/exchange in this case will be on the discretion of ITRANA QC Team.
ITRANA is not liable to pay any duties or taxes, in case the customer refuses to pay – for any international order.
